Snow and Sunny Days

We finally got a big snow here at Fairywood! We went sledding, built a snow palace and snow cave, painted the snow, and even ate our homemade maple syrup on it. We also have been having some warm sunny days that we've been enjoying by spending lots of time in the creek, collecting clay, building fairy homes, digging channels, and cooking up lots of pretend food in the mud kitchen and stick fort.

We made a "touch and feel mystery box" that we put nature items in and the kids all guessed what was in the box by feeling around with their eyes closed.
